About

Christa Brønd has more than 12 years of experience in making datadriven and insightful innovation and change. Based on deep understanding and insights she does analyses, evaluations, strategies and processes.

She is a skilled ethnologist from the University of Copenhagen and was a pioneer in introducing qualitative data collection and ethnological methods in the consulting business. Before starting her own company she has worked in Rambøll Management, Manto and Seismonaut as a chief consultant and manager with responsibility for personnel management and development.

She turns data from fieldwork into insights and recommendations. She discusses and qualifies insights with clients and creates value for end users. Be it workers, patients or guests - you name it. She has performed large scale projects with many stakeholders and political agendas as well as small scale projects.

In 2019 she started her own company, Christa Brønd, that specialises in deep insight analysis and datadriven processes. Her why is to make changes and help clients do better and aim higher. Eventually, to make better projects, products and initiatives - and maybe even a better world. Initially, that was the reason for her attending the field of ethnology back in the days.

She runs a network based company and she collaborates with innovation specialists, anthropologists and architects among others.

Besides the professional stuff, she is an optimistic women’s rightist, winter swimmer, book lover, wife and mother of three children.
